As a young mother of two, I struggled with post natal depression and fatigue. Finding pranic healing was amazing, it allowed me to find my inner strength, mental clarity and a real and deep feeling of love and gratitude for my life and my family. I now have four children who I cherish. Through pranic I have healed burns, broken bones and emotional issues with my children, I am left empowered and in control every time a situation arises, because of the pranic tools. Before introduction to Senshin and Pranic Healing I was a young single mother suffering extreme body and eating issues from early childhood, low self-esteem and depression. Through regular treatment from Adele and meditation on twin hearts, low self-esteem and depression vanished quickly. My body and eating issues were defeated. Following one particular treatment my body finally registered it was literally starving and discovered an unbelievable desire to eat. I can no longer recognise the negative person I once was and could never return to my old habits, emotions and insecurities. I completed the panic healing courses and can now welcome life with confidence, clarity, positivity and love. I am forever grateful to Adele and Pranic Healing for the welcome changes in my life.
